I had a fracture in my back that needed an operation. I found Dr.Arvin to have great bedside manners, he was polite and very kind but equally willing to share your journey so when I left seeing him I felt much more equipped to deal with my long-term health and what I needed to do.
I thought he was great!

After over two years of back pain I was fortunate enough to have an appointment with Mr Arvin. At the interview he explained what he would like to do to help alleviate my problem. It was all simply explained and I had no hesitation in accepting his offer of surgery.
At my surgery appointment he again explained fully what was to happen and the after effects etc and I was made to feel completely at ease as I entered the theatre
After surgery I was seen by Mr Arvin to ensure I was comfortable and fully informed.
Today I have been back for the follow up appointment and although feeling good within myself time was spent on viewing scan pictures which confirmed the operation had been successful, I am so grateful to Mr Arvin and his team who all helped and guided me through this difficult period.
A true gentleman and an outstanding asset to the NHS and I would advise all future patients of Mr Arvin that they are in very good hands.

I went to see Mr Arvin as I was in a lot of pain with my back last year.
Mr Arvin was very understanding & symperthetic, he put me at ease straight away. He listened to what I had to say & never once made me feel rushed, he took the time to explain & made sure I understood what needed to be done.
Mr Arvin operates & I had amazing results, I’m so happy with the care I received from start to finish.
Would definitely see Mr Arvin again & highly recommend.
